The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2-3 working day.
Shipping time: 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Since we want to ship your item to you as soon as possible, we are usually unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed. So please confirm the order information when placing the order. However, you can check the status of your order by sending an email to service@missaamall.com, or chat with us online.

Upon shipment, package tracking information is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, or the tracking seems inaccurate, please reach out to us at service@missaamall.com or online chat.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest.

USPS/FedEx delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait 2-3 business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.

Some orders from the United States will be sent from Amazon warehouses in the US; May also be shipped from China (depending on whether the product is in storage).

1. Clean and disinfect the breast pump.
2. Make sure the breast pump is fully charged.
3. Wash your hands before using the breast pump.
4. Find a comfortable position, relax your body, and lean your body forward slightly. Press the breast pump flares against your breasts and don't let air in, or you'll lose your suction.
5. When using the breast pump for the first time, please use the lowest suction to suck milk, then gradually increase your suction power and finally adjust to the suction power that works best for you.

1.Separate pump motor from main body.
2.Detach flange from milk collector.
3.Separate linker from flange.

For best sterilization, please clean and disinfect the pump before the first use.
It is a non-sterile product. Before cleaning and disinfection, please remove all accessories.

Non-washable parts: The pump motor contains electronics that should be kept dry. A clean, damp cloth can be used to clean the pump motor. Any other cleaning method will be classed as misuse under the warranty.
