When you purchase a MISSAA product on either our official website or Amazon, you can enjoy the following services:

• Lifetime free accessory redemption (limited to products in the "Accessories for Warranty" category). You can redeem one accessory per month using our unique discount code, and only pay for shipping.
• For any host damage to our electronic products, there's no need to return them. For the first instance of damage, we'll send you a brand-new set. If the product fails again, you may apply for a full refund (limited to products purchased within the last 6 months).
• 24/7 customer service for quick resolution of any product damage.
• Please specify any required services in the comments section, such as the accessory name or model number.
